 Welcome to
Ruston United Strategies Training Operations Network, a corporate and
regional awareness and kingdom thrust to interpenetrate the
Ruston, LA region through kingdom apostolic anointing, authority,
agenda, access, assessment, alignment, assignment, and advancement...
R.U.S.T.O.N. is purposely given to raise
awareness and focus through prayer, assemblages of churches, businesses,
city government, and the Lincoln Parish in a concerted effort to work
together in a common bond and goal as a {T.E.A.M.}, a collaborating effort,
uniting principle, and focus point on the issues at hand which will create
regional transformation on a local sphere, economic calibrations, and to
help diminish the in-capacities that sometimes plague our progress as a
growing community.
This involves becoming advocates in
family, school, civil, commerce, and more, as we define the core dynamics of
the kingdom in a functional focus, defining deeply the church's role in
these areas, with an aim to corporately reshape and re-shift together our
focus and foundation in the very place most of us call home.
It is a non-compromising entity, yet with
ambassadorial elective to combine our hands together for a common good to
advance the core competencies of the kingdom into divine protocol and mutual
respect, lending and leading to divine favor for our local region.
Bear in mine, Theresa and me moved from
Baltimore, MD, to
Houston, TX, now in the greater
Ruston, LA region, with a mandate for regional integration, regional
interfacing, regional interlinking, and regional initiative, producing
regional interactive forums for the furtherance for the given region we live
in through.
R.U.S.T.O.N. also involves Teaching and
Training those who desire more than just a societal change, but also
enlightenment and empowerment to regional purpose through a kingdom -
dominion mandate perspective. This will involve prophetic perception and
vision, and insights in becoming a standard within our region for regional
regeneration, regional transformation, and regional alignment.
This truth must not only be brought into
action, but with substance, and with diligence and consistency. It does not
require that we be busy for the sake of being busy, but to discern the role
in which each of us play in witnessing regional regeneration through our
measure of rule, intercession spirit, and generous heart towards what we
sense and perceive what God wants to do in our given region...
R.U.S.T.O.N. is in one sense, a symbol of
expectation, in all regions of the country and around the world. R.U.S.T.O.N.
is a prophetic statement of what the Lord is doing all over the earth, as
again, a {1} Revelation of GOD produces a {2} Revelation of MAN, which
produces a {3} Revelation of the KINGDOM which produces a {4} Revelation of
the CHURCH and the Marketplace Ministry, which produces a revelation of the
{5} DESTINY of the NATIONS, including the regions and spheres each of us is
given for.
Whether
Pretoria, S. Africa,
Toronto, Canada,
Baltimore, Maryland, Nassau Bahamas, Pune India,
Hollywood, or the so-called Hood, there is a force in the earth
called the saints which possesses the KINGDOM, and we are given to bring HIS
governmental influence in the earth. We are the kingdom of priests in Exodus
19:5-6, 1 Peter 2:5, 9, Revelation 1:5-6, and 5:10. and are more King-Priest
than mere Christian.
Sometimes, we use the word Christian
politically, and institutionally but in truth, God never called us a
Christian in the scripture, although it is good to be a true Christian.
Christian is Christ-like, but we are also called to be CHRIST-LIFE. Heathens
in early church era tend to use the term as a mockery, but beloved, God
cannot be marked. We are HIS image in the earth, and the IMAGE of God shall
fill the earth in all spheres and phases, as we transition from church to
Kingdom, for the kingdom produces the church.
Therefore, we welcome you to a few
insights and core dynamics of R.U.S.T.O.N., as nations of the earth shall
celebrate the sound of HIS presence together of
Ruston, LA, or R.U.S.T.O.N.
R.U.S.T.O.N. again, is Ruston United

R -
RUSTON: An assignment for any and all to ascertain the history of
Ruston, LA, and the region, to access historical knowledge of its
beginnings, and its present state, and to address the concerns that prevail
in most people's thinking. Oftentimes, ones perception becomes their
reality, but what about God's reality? We need to discern, not alone detect,
but discern the present tide of
Ruston {or, place your city and region here such as B.A.L.T.I.M.O.R.E.,
or S.A.O. P.A.U.L.O., etc______________________}, to prophetically speak to
atmospheric changes releasing heaven to earth, the mind of the Lord, and the
voice of God in all affairs of the city, and to apostolic-ally implement
these changes together to witness a paradigm shift for our communities that
will restore HIS purpose, plans, prosperity, and the Posterity of our given
region. With this comes community leadership to help navigate the regional
saints in moving forward in the right configuration to resound the praises
of God for regional transformation and the divine upgrade of thinking,
shifting our mentalities from mere information to transformation...
U - UNITED: In Essentials, Unity, in
Non-Essentials, liberty, and in all things LOVE. United we Stand, is a core
value, core dynamic, and core competency for the migration and momentum of
Ruston, LA. We are not alone uniting together for the bigger picture
than the painting, but also inviting the nations of the earth, thousands of
intercessors worldwide, hundreds of apostles and hundreds of prophets, along
with the saints and the hosts of heaven, to respond together for the sound
of HIS presence to be made manifest over
RUSTON, LA, and for your regions, too. Let's bring focus to
RUSTON, LA as we are standing in faith for a mighty outpouring upon
this city and region, and the release of the rivers of God coming forth from
this region, a universal sound that shall flood Ruston and the greater area,
and the re-birthing through the prophetic and the rebuilding through the
apostolic dimensions.
This also involves the motive of the
Kingdom, the motif of all scripture, and the driving force in all things as
LOVE, to behold the glory of a new day in
RUSTON, LA. Ruston shall become in many respects a household name in
the purposes and plans of God, and more than revival, but revolution, and
reformation, and more...
S - STRATEGIES: The following is borrowed
from some of our apostolic resources through the GLI or Global Leadership
Institute, epicenter of kingdom instrumentation's and technologies...
- Strategy {the Science and Art of Military
command for large scale combat operations} -
When
Paul the apostle spoke concerning Warfare, the Greek words which
yields today's word "Strategy" came into being. Warfare in 2 Corinthians
10:4 and 1 Timothy 1:18 is defined in the Greek as "Strateia" from another
root word meaning "Military service, apostolic career {as one of hardship
and danger}.
It is an apostolic campaign, an army,
engaged in a strategy {warfare} and may appear to contend with the limited
and carnal mentalities of men. In 1 Corinthians 9:7 the Greek word is "Strateuomai"
based on another rendition of the word "to serve in a military campaign, to
execute the apostolate {regions, territories, cities, provinces, nations}
with its arduous duties and functions, to contend with carnal inclinations,
a soldier}."
Other related words in the
New Testament include definitions such as "a body of troops {G.A.D. a
predestined troop coming forth, G.A.D. God's Army of Deliverance or God's
Army of Destiny}. Continuing...a troop more or less extensive or
systematic...army, soldier, man of war...Strategos - "a General, by
implication or analogy a military, governor, chief of the Levitical temple,
wardens, captain, magistrate..."
Words like "Stratiotes," warrior,"
Stratologeo, "gather {or select} as in a warrior, to enlist in an army,"
Stratopedarches, ruler of an army, captain of the guard, and finally, "Stratopedon,
camping-ground, a body of troops."
The church of God is often seen as the
bride, but it is also HIS son! It is a Bride in Union with Combat Boots on.
It is not merely the family of God, but apostolic-ally the Army of God. It
is not alone a soldier but a warrior, a passion to engage the enemy and to
establish the battle plan and tactics in seizing bold new territory for the
advancing of the kingdom. If we are not positioned for possession in our
progression and led into militancy for apostolic colonization, we move from
apostolic acquisition and seizing to having corporate seizures, get it...
The strategies for
RUSTON, LA are birthed out of the Spirit, practical in expression,
and designed to engage spiritual oppositions as we define spiritual
climates, climatic changes, and as principalities are driven out by the
saturation of the kingdom in men's principles. Challenge the principles of
men, and you drive out the principalities of that region.
Training, teaching, and strong apostolic
focus - foundation is needed and to be embodied within a people of HIS
passion to change our region through the Dominion Mandate. This requires
several important assessments and advancements in kingdom agenda, but more
shall be further elaborated in the sessions for our given region, and your
given region as well...
T - TRAINING: Training is a key in
getting the right configuration for re-calibrating the strides, progresses,
and pursuits of the kingdom for
RUSTON, LA. Training may involve governmental prayer, as my friend
Dr. Noel Woodroffe entitled on of his books, "Governmental Prayer, the
Warfare Expression of the Apostolic." Go to

copy. Also, training and interactive sessions are needed as we sometimes
come from certain positions unchallenged by apostolic and prophetic
dimensions. Dr. Jonathan David of
Malaysia, and his comprehensive network wrote a book which became one
of the most important book in Global Apostolic Reformation, a book entitled,
"Apostolic Strategies Affecting Nations." It is a must read, the one book if
you will, that will prepare you for regional transformation...
O - OPERATIONS: Operations is the
integral part in how all things work congruently for maximum yield, and in
maximizing our input - output emissions. Operations is also found in 1
Corinthians 12, the Operations of the Spirit, but the same Lord all in all.
In the Operations strategy, every one who are hearing and responding to the
sound of HIS presence in this or other given regions, shall prayerful engage
their efforts to one degree or another in preaching, praying, prophesying,
promoting, and promulgating the WORD of the Lord over
RUSTON, LA, as this sets the pace for the northern LA region, and any
region for that matter, to align themselves with apostles prophets, elders,
business owners, and the corporate glory of the saints in these regions for
a regional shift in thinking, and clear focus what RUSTON is to BE and to DO
in the global scheme of things. We believe that this will effect mightily,
LA Tech, and Grambling State Universities, two universities side by side as
neighboring cities in close proximity, and with tremendous potential to help
reshape the region in collegiate grace, with the raising up of kingdom
standards that will ultimate affect the entire state as well...
N - NETWORK [NETWORKING]: This is the
sphere of grace which comes with divine protocol and mutual reciprocity. The
networking is never imposed, and there is no official membership to get
involved, Again, R.U.S.T.O.N is a symbol of hope, anticipation, and divine
expectation with congruent structures and focus with city, parish {or
county}, regionally locking arms with the right agencies through the right
configurations, and the core values of the kingdom to bringing awareness to
the city of
RUSTON, LA. There are no fees, no payments to be collected for
R.U.S.T.O.N, just your willing involvement that will translate in a myriad
of opportunities to help reshape mentalities into KINGDOM, and we help train
