Conditions and
Arrangements for Travel for
Dr. Tim and Theresa
Early - FAP International
AIR TRAVEL
The most reliable and most
efficient means of travel for Dr. Tim and Theresa Early is by AIR. The host
inviting the Early's are to provide the Air Fare Expense and Arrangement for
their travels to and from the said event and venue. E-Tickets are preferred
and tickets must be paid at least 2 weeks to a month in Advance. Dr. Tim and
Theresa Early do not accept Buddy Passes for AIR travel. Coach seating
is perfectly fine
GROUND TRAVEL {Limited
Locations}
If Dr. Tim and Theresa Early
travel by an automobile it is requested that the Host for the invitation to
provide the coverage amounts for the Rental Car for Dr. Tim and Theresa Early.
A rental car is to be provided for travel with fuel to and fro the said event
and venue. Also, food allowances are to be provided the Early's while
traveling the distance. This is the responsibility of the Conference Host.
Western Union and MoneyGram are convenient measures in sending proceeds
and resources for gas and food allowances during travel. These resources must
be in place a Week in advance before the expected Hosted Venue. Send all
provisions to Tim Early.
HOTELS AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Dr. Tim and Theresa Early
will stay their time in a clean and accommodating hotel of the choice of the
Conference Host as this is also the responsibility of the Host. Dr. and Mrs.
Early would like a hotel with lighted corridors, breakfast bar, 24 hour
fitness, pool, Internet connections, etc. Dr. Tim and Theresa are not inclined
to staying at lodges with individual outdoor guest entrances to their guest
rooms. Again, hotel must be of lighted corridor inside access to rooms on each
floor.
FOOD
The Host shall provide the food
expense for Dr. Tim and Theresa Early while during their stay. he Early's eat
primarily and American cuisine, and is also open to Seafood, Salads, orange
and cranberry juices, bottled water, coffee, tea, and minimal desserts. The
Early's are not that choosy in foods except that Dr. Early does not eat Pork
and Beef. Dr. Early's dietary intake is Poultry and Fish. The Host can also
send a list of foods for the Early's to mark off on a sheet via email.
FACT SHEET
A Fact Sheet and Action plan must
be sent to and from the Early's before conference time. This fact sheet
consist of questionnaire for the Early's and the Conference Hosts, such as
choice of mints during conference, preferred beverage during conference,
armor-bearer name and number, and also the purpose and nature of the event. It
would also include if Dr. Tim and Theresa Early are the Keynote Speakers or
not. Further included in the FACT SHEET is the order of the services, events
and activities, and those items which pertains to the conference and venue
itself.
HONORARIUM {Keynote
Speaker}
Dr. Tim and Theresa Early receives
a minimum of $1000.00 as a Keynote Speaker for a Conference Event of 2-3
nights in the United States which is reasonable compared to many other
nationally known speakers. The average amount a Nationally Known Public
Speaker receives in one day is about $5000.00. A Nationally Known Breakout
Session Speaker receives nearly $4000.00 for one day. We believe in being
fair, balanced, and honest, and again suggest at least $1000.00's for a 2-3
night conference as Keynote Speakers. If there are daytime sessions such as
morning and afternoon whereas the Early's are ministering too, then there is
an adjustment in the overall expected amounts for giving as the Early's live
by the Work of the Ministry.
The Early's wish not to
place a financial premium on the WORD of the LORD to be given in regions,
rather that their time is valuable too, and consisting of all of the labor and
years of ministry which goes into the conferences they minister into. If you
value the Word of the Lord that is given, then we ask that hearts be
prepared to be a blessing in all honesty as any other nationally or
internationally known and accepted leader is to expect in their rightful

BREAKOUT SESSION SPEAKER
If the Early's are Breakout
Session Speakers, such as for one day, $550.00 is a fair expectation of
support for a Breakout Session Engagement seeing their are multiple speakers
on the venue.
